A properly built concrete pad keeps the structure square, lifts it above surrounding grade and gives you a hard floor to work on.
Sizing to the shed
We confirm the shed footprint and anchoring requirements first, then size the pad so the structure sits fully supported with the overhang you want.
Base and grade
The area is excavated, granular base is compacted, and the pad is set slightly above surrounding grade so water drains away from the shed rather than under it.
Access considerations
Backyard pours often mean limited access. We assess gate width, side yard clearance and how material will reach the site during the estimate.
