Concrete Pads and Slabs
Small and mid-size slabs sized, reinforced and levelled for the load they are meant to carry.
Pads look simple, but the load they carry varies enormously. A filled hot tub, a standby generator and a garbage bin storage area have very different requirements.
We size thickness, base depth and reinforcement to the intended use, and set the pad elevation so it drains and sits correctly against adjacent surfaces.

Base preparation
Even a small pad is excavated and built on compacted granular base. Skipping this is why so many small slabs tip and settle within a few winters.
Placement details
We keep pads clear of the foundation where required, pitch the surface for drainage and leave clean edges and a practical finish.
